Dr. Linda Travelute, Leadership Development Expert
Dr. Linda Travelute is the Founder and CEO of Maximized Leaders, where leadership meets behavioral science.
Her approach combines psychology, leadership development, coaching, and the principles of John Maxwell to help leaders better understand themselves, communicate more effectively, build stronger teams, and lead with greater confidence.
Dr. Linda and the Maximized Leaders team have been personally mentored and certified through the John Maxwell leadership network. Her work goes beyond traditional leadership instruction by examining the behavioral drivers behind influence, decision-making, communication, relationships, and organizational culture.
Through interactive leadership development sessions, Dr. Linda will help Leadership Nona participants translate insight into action. Her programming is designed to be transformational, practical, engaging, and immediately applicable in the workplace.
Participants will gain tools to better understand how they lead, how others respond, and how stronger self-awareness can create stronger organizations and communities.
